Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our India semiconductor operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing both Digital and Analog domains, ensuring excellence in delivery, people leadership, and client management. All semiconductor practice heads across domains will report into this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall operations for Cyient Semiconductor India

• Oversee Digital and Analog design practices with full accountability for delivery, execution, and team leadership.

• Drive strategic initiatives, resource planning, operational efficiency, and capability development.

• Collaborate closely with global counterparts, aligning India operations with global goals.

• Represent India operations in global leadership discussions; act as a key face of the business.

• Provide strong people leadership – managing and mentoring senior practice heads.

• Act as a smart negotiator with clients and internal stakeholders, balancing delivery and business expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 20-25 years of experience in the semiconductor domain, with leadership roles in Digital and/or Analog areas.

• Prior experience in ASIC turnkey projects is a strong advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse engineering teams in a high-performance environment.

• Presentable, articulate, and confident in front of clients and senior stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

• Experience handling multiple business units or practices is highly desirable.
